Homeowner, landlord, investor, developer and property manager of real estate holdings throughout Brooklyn and Florida. In 2003 moved to Florida and began professional real estate career with Prudential Florida Realty. A short time later came the catastrophic real estate downturn across the country and concentrated in Florida. Gaining extensive experience in the short sale and foreclosure arenas and multiple beachfront communities on both the East and West coasts of Florida. The subsequent merger of Prudential into Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, developing a widening network of residential and commercial investors, buyers, sellers and property owners. After returning to Park Slope in 2009 and now as an independent broker, continues to expand a network of international and domestic real estate clientele through professional affiliations and certifications.
